Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments for casino, hospitality, and event clients
- Screen, interview, and place qualified candidates for temporary and part-time roles
- Manage client relationships and ensure service level agreements are met
- Process payroll documentation and maintain accurate candidate records
- Source talent through recruitment platforms and local networking
- Resolve staffing issues with professionalism and urgency
- Collaborate with full-time team to ensure seamless coverage
Qualifications
- 2+ years in staffing, recruitment, or hospitality staffing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems and MS Office
- Knowledge of Las Vegas hospitality industry preferred
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Nevada driver's license and reliable transportation
