Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for weekend and temporary positions across Columbus industries
- Conduct virtual/in-person interviews during weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Manage candidate pipeline and maintain ATS records with 100% accuracy
- Build relationships with local employers to understand weekend staffing needs
- Facilitate same-weekend candidate placements for urgent staffing requests
- Onboard new hires and ensure smooth weekend shift transitions
- Track recruitment metrics and provide weekend performance reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts required)
- Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Exceptional communication with diverse candidates and clients
- Proficiency in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Workday, or similar)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced weekend environments
- Valid Ohio driver's license for occasional client visits
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
