Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for weekend-shift positions in healthcare, logistics, and hospitality
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews with flexible weekend scheduling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and job seekers
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and update candidate pipelines
- Coordinate onboarding processes for weekend placements
- Attend weekend job fairs and recruitment events across Baltimore
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recruiting or staffing experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license for occasional client visits
- Knowledge of Baltimore's job market preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
