Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries including technology, healthcare, and finance
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews during weekend shifts to assess cultural fit and technical competencies
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines using advanced sourcing strategies and ATS platforms
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment solutions
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including offer negotiations and onboarding coordination
- Utilize data analytics to track KPIs and optimize recruitment strategies for weekend operations
- Represent the agency at weekend career fairs and networking events across metro Atlanta
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or staffing experience with weekend shift availability
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, or similar)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage candidates remotely
- Strong knowledge of Atlanta's job market and industry-specific talent trends
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment cycles while maintaining quality standards
- Valid Georgia driver's license for occasional client site visits
