Responsibilities
- Execute the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and networking events.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for specific industries and skill sets.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments and behavioral interviews to ensure cultural fit.
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client needs and negotiate offers.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales (entry-level candidates with strong drive and sales experience considered).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive phone manner.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local client visits.
