Responsibilities
- Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to clients for open positions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress.
- Conduct market research to identify staffing trends and labor needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed placement goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales is highly preferred.
