Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for various temporary and permanent positions using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent to meet client demands and ensure rapid placement.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial phone screen to onboarding and placement.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic workforce solutions.
- Ensure all candidate data is accurately entered and managed within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and salary benchmarks.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and placement targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with a high degree of autonomy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is a plus.
