Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for diverse industry roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and hiring managers
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely placement of temporary/permanent staff
- Conduct detailed job analysis to understand client requirements and candidate capabilities
- Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer logistics efficiently
- Maintain accurate records in our ATS and provide regular performance reports
- Collaborate with team members to optimize recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruitment or staffing agency experience required
- Proven track record of successful candidate placements
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Knowledge of Oklahoma City job market preferred
