Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for weekend shift positions in Tucson's top industries
- Conduct virtual/in-person interviews and assessments on Saturdays and Sundays
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses hiring for weekend coverage
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate data and documentation
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and client partners
- Collaborate with the full recruitment team to ensure seamless candidate placement
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruiting or customer service experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse populations
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM shifts)
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
