Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments across Seattle's tech, healthcare, and logistics sectors
- Screen and interview candidates via virtual/in-person weekend interviews

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing/recruitment experience
- Proven weekend availability (Sat/Sun shifts required)
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse or Workday preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Washington State driver's license
- Knowledge of Seattle labor regulations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
