Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for weekend shift openings across healthcare, logistics, and hospitality sectors
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews during weekend hours
- Coordinate onboarding and placement logistics for weekend staff
- Maintain real-time communication with clients regarding staffing needs and candidate status
- Manage applicant tracking system updates and candidate documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and weekend hiring managers
- Analyze staffing metrics to optimize weekend recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing/recruitment experience with weekend shift exposure
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn)
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport remotely
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 5 PM)
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with reliable transportation
- Knowledge of Memphis labor market and weekend employment trends
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure weekend recruitment scenarios
