Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments across 50+ client locations in Greater Houston
- Manage real-time scheduling and dispatch for 200+ weekend shift workers
- Resolve urgent staffing issues through 24/7 on-call rotation
- Conduct weekly performance reviews with weekend staff and client managers
- Optimize weekend staffing budgets while maintaining 98% fill rates
- Develop weekend-specific recruitment strategies for high-demand industries
- Utilize ATS systems to track weekend shift performance metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or operations management experience
- Proven success managing weekend or shift-based teams
- Advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday)
- Strong conflict resolution skills for high-pressure scenarios
- Deep knowledge of Houston's weekend labor market dynamics
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- BS/BA in Business, HR, or related field preferred
