Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments for healthcare, retail, and logistics clients
- Screen and interview candidates for weekend shift positions
- Process payroll and compliance documentation for temporary workers
- Respond to urgent staffing requests within 2-hour SLA
- Maintain accurate candidate database and job requisition tracking
- Collaborate with branch managers to forecast weekend staffing needs
- Implement retention strategies for weekend shift workers
Qualifications
- 2+ years staffing/recruitment experience with weekend shift focus
- Proficiency in ATS systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong problem-solving skills for last-minute staffing gaps
- Valid Arizona staffing license or ability to obtain immediately
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (6am-6pm shifts)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
