Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Sourcing: Identify, screen, and interview qualified candidates for weekend temporary and temp-to-hire positions across various industries.
- Scheduling: Coordinate interview schedules with clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless placement process.
- Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with local El Paso businesses, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored workforce solutions.
- Onboarding: Assist new hires with orientation, background checks, and payroll setup to ensure a smooth transition.
- Market Analysis: Monitor labor market trends in El Paso to advise clients on wage rates and candidate availability.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for occasional overtime.
- Experience: Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Tools: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business is a plus.
