Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for weekend shift positions in healthcare, logistics, and light industrial sectors
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments to ensure candidate-job alignment
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies
- Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for weekend-shift placements
- Collaborate with clients to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools for candidate management
- Maintain accurate records and generate weekly performance reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or recruitment experience with weekend shift focus
- Proven track record in placing candidates in high-demand industries
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Valid Minnesota staffing license or willingness to obtain immediately
