Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Sourcing: Identify, screen, and interview qualified candidates for weekend-only temporary positions across various industries.
- Scheduling: Manage complex shift schedules to guarantee full staffing coverage for client sites every weekend.
- Client Relations: Act as the primary liaison for clients during weekend hours, addressing immediate staffing needs and resolving issues.
- Onboarding: Conduct orientation sessions and complete necessary paperwork for new weekend hires.
- Payroll & Compliance: Accurately track hours worked and ensure all staffing guidelines and regulations are met.
- Database Management: Maintain up-to-date candidate profiles and client records within our ATS system.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, HR, or workforce management is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, customer-centric approach.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Organization: Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR is a plus.
