Responsibilities
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for various temporary and permanent positions within our client network.
- Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from sourcing resumes to onboarding new hires.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent using social media and networking strategies.
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client requirements and match the right candidates to the right jobs.
- Conduct market research to identify staffing trends and competitive intelligence in the Milwaukee area.
- Ensure all candidate data is accurately entered into our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or Communications is a plus.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, sales, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse personalities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a results-oriented mindset.
