Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to identify and attract top-tier candidates for open positions.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and company culture.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Placement Management: Manage the full lifecycle of temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct placement assignments.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks to ensure competitive offers.
- Administrative Excellence: Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure all compliance documentation is up to date.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple pipelines and deadlines simultaneously.
- ATS Proficiency: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Driving: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for on-site client visits.
- Self-Starter: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.
