Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end full-cycle recruiting process for technical and administrative positions within the DC metro area.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean search, social recruiting, networking) to identify passive candidates for high-demand roles.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet our client's immediate and long-term hiring needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and culture fit.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings, technical interviews, and salary negotiations to ensure successful placements.
  • Track key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost-per-hire) and provide weekly reporting to management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources, with a proven track record of successful placements.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting within the Washington DC area, specifically for government contractors, IT, or professional services.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or iCIMS.
