Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to identify high-quality candidates in the local market.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through networking and social media engagement.
- Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their unique business needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to expand client accounts and drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven track record of 3+ years in full-cycle recruiting within the staffing or agency sector.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or iCIMS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
