Responsibilities
- Execute the full lifecycle of technical recruiting, from defining job requirements to extending and negotiating offers.
- Build and manage a robust talent pipeline using advanced sourcing techniques and social media platforms.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their unique technical needs and culture.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of industry trends and compensation benchmarks.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive business development and client retention.
- Provide a world-class candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency operations.
- Proven track record of successfully placing IT, Engineering, or Engineering-related roles.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search).
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting methodologies and employment law compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a focus on client and candidate satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
