Responsibilities
- Screen, interview, and place qualified candidates for weekend shift positions across Memphis
- Manage client relationships and staffing needs through weekend on-call rotations
- Process payroll and compliance documentation for weekend staff

- Track staffing metrics and optimize weekend shift coverage

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year staffing or recruitment experience

- Valid Tennessee driver's license with reliable transportation
