Responsibilities
- Screen & Interview Candidates: Conduct initial phone screenings and virtual interviews for potential candidates, rigorously assessing their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Client Liaison: Maintain strong relationships with local Charlotte businesses, understanding their urgent hiring needs and operational requirements for the upcoming week.
- Scheduling Excellence: Manage the complex calendars for senior recruiters, scheduling interviews and placements with precision and efficiency to maximize productivity.
- Admin Precision: Update candidate databases, manage the onboarding paperwork for new weekend hires, and ensure all compliance documentation is up to date.
- Market Analysis: Research local market trends in Charlotte to identify emerging staffing opportunities and refine our sourcing strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or recruitment coordination is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work a consistent weekend shift (Saturday/Sunday) as required by the business needs.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills with a professional, polished demeanor.
- Organization: High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is required.
