Responsibilities
- Utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive job seekers.
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the hiring process, from application to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and refine job descriptions.
- Organize and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties.
- Track metrics and reporting on daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
