Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates across multiple industries using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and networking strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job requisition to offer acceptance with 95% client satisfaction rate
- Develop deep expertise in Charlotte's talent landscape and emerging market trends
- Collaborate with enterprise clients to define hiring needs and create customized talent pipelines
- Maintain ATS compliance with 100% data accuracy and document all recruitment activities
- Mentor junior recruiters on advanced sourcing techniques and interview methodologies
- Drive diversity initiatives by implementing inclusive sourcing strategies and unbiased candidate evaluation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a corporate or agency setting
- Proven success in high-volume placements across technical, professional, or healthcare roles
- Expert knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and salary benchmarks
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with C-suite executives
