Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential job candidates through various channels (social media, networking, job boards).
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for our client base.
- Coordinate the full placement process, including interview scheduling and offer negotiations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and industry professionals.
- Utilize CRM software to track candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resources is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong desire to learn and succeed in a competitive sales/recruiting environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
