Responsibilities
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local business clients.
- Market job openings through social media, networking events, and job boards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (training provided).
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must be located in or willing to commute to New Orleans, LA.
