Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps specialists through proactive outreach and strategic sourcing
- Develop deep technical expertise across cloud architecture, AI/ML, and full-stack development domains
- Lead full-cycle recruitment from pipeline generation to offer negotiation with 95% fill rate target
- Leverage our proprietary ATS and AI matching tools to reduce time-to-hire by 40%
- Maintain robust relationships with 50+ Austin tech clients including Dell, Indeed, and Meta
- Mentor junior recruiters while implementing data-driven recruitment strategies
- Analyze market trends to provide actionable hiring insights to clients
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with proven success in Austin's competitive market
- Expert knowledge of Python, Java, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and modern development frameworks
- Exceptional sourcing skills using Boolean strings, LinkedIn Recruiter, and GitHub profiling
- Track record of closing 20+ technical placements annually with 90%+ satisfaction rate
- Strong data literacy with experience in recruitment analytics and pipeline optimization
- Certified Technical Recruiter (CTR) or equivalent preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful recruitment campaigns for SaaS companies
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent searches
