As a Weekend Staffing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients have the workforce they need to succeed while providing exceptional service to job seekers. We pride ourselves on a modern, supportive culture that values efficiency and integrity.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process specifically for weekend shifts and temporary staffing needs.
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates using various platforms, including social media and job boards.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent for our diverse client base in Denver.
- Coordinate onboarding paperwork, scheduling, and orientations for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their staffing requirements and with candidates to manage expectations.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility to work occasional holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is a plus.
