Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments for healthcare, logistics, and industrial clients across Jacksonville
- Screen and qualify candidates through phone/video interviews and background checks
- Manage client communications regarding shift coverage and staffing needs
- Process payroll and onboarding documentation for weekend temporary staff
- Maintain accurate candidate database and recruitment metrics
- Resolve staffing emergencies with proactive solutions
- Collaborate with weekday team for seamless handover of assignments
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing/recruitment experience with weekend shift exposure
- Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience with healthcare background checks and compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Flexibility to cover occasional weekday shifts during peak periods
