Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments for healthcare, logistics, and event clients across Indianapolis
- Screen and onboard temporary candidates through virtual interviews and background checks
- Manage real-time staffing adjustments via mobile communication systems
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and compliance documentation
- Resolve urgent staffing issues through proactive problem-solving
- Conduct weekly performance reviews with weekend staff teams
Qualifications
- 2+ years in staffing, recruitment, or customer service coordination
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Exceptional communication skills with multi-channel experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal weekend supervision
- Valid Indiana driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work 8-hour shifts (Sat/Sun or Fri/Sat/Sun)
- Experience with healthcare staffing protocols preferred
