Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments for 15+ client accounts across Dallas Metroplex
- Screen and interview candidates via phone/video for weekend shifts within 24-hour turnaround
- Manage payroll processing and timesheet approvals for weekend staff
- Resolve staffing emergencies and last-minute shift coverage with proactive solutions
- Maintain accurate candidate database in our ATS with 99% data integrity
- Conduct weekly performance reviews for weekend temporary staff
- Collaborate with client managers to optimize weekend staffing schedules
- Onboard new temporary employees for weekend assignments
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing/recruitment experience with weekend shift exposure
- Proficiency in ATS systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite)
- Exceptional communication skills with Spanish fluency a major plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts
- Strong problem-solving skills for last-minute staffing challenges
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (5:00 AM - 1:00 PM)
- Proven track record of meeting KPIs in high-volume environments
