Responsibilities
- Manage weekend staffing assignments and client communications for Charlotte businesses
- Recruit, screen, and place qualified candidates in weekend/temporary roles
- Coordinate with clients to understand staffing needs and operational requirements
- Conduct virtual/in-person interviews and reference checks for weekend candidates
- Maintain accurate staffing records and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless workflow transition
- Resolve staffing issues and provide weekend client support
Qualifications
- 1+ years of staffing/recruitment experience or related field
- Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in staffing software (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday) and MS Office
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work weekends (Sat/Sun) and occasional holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Knowledge of Charlotte's business landscape preferred
