Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates for executive, technical, and government positions using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and industry networking
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including client consultations, candidate interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding support
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles in cybersecurity, data science, and public sector compliance
- Maintain accurate candidate databases in ATS systems while ensuring strict compliance with EEOC regulations
- Collaborate with sales team to identify staffing needs and build long-term client partnerships
- Analyze market trends to provide competitive intelligence on compensation benchmarks and talent availability
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical or government recruitment experience with demonstrated success in high-volume placements
- Expertise in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) and advanced sourcing techniques
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent searches with strict deadline adherence
- SHRM-SCP or CERP certification strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport across C-suite and executive levels
- Deep knowledge of Washington DC's professional networks and industry events
- Track record of achieving 120%+ quarterly placement targets
