As a Staffing Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping our workforce and helping businesses thrive.
Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified candidates through various channels, including social media, networking, and job boards.
- Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer letter.
- Update candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurately.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet quarterly placement targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
