Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen qualified candidates for temporary, contract, and direct-hire positions
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and placement
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all placements
- Track and report key recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate weekly pay processing for temporary staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years in staffing, recruitment, or HR coordination
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with candidates and clients
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Knowledge of Colorado labor regulations and compliance requirements
