Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries
- Conduct engaging interviews and assess candidate skills/cultural fit
- Build and maintain strong client relationships in Albuquerque metro
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from intake to placement
- Leverage job boards, social media, and networking for talent acquisition
- Ensure compliance with EEOC regulations and company policies
- Meet weekly KPIs for submissions and placements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven success in full-cycle recruitment processes
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Deep knowledge of Albuquerque's job market and industries
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
