Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting or staffing coordination experience
- Proven ability to manage high-volume candidate pipelines
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Ohio staffing license or willingness to obtain immediately
