Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full cycle of recruitment for weekend shifts, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing qualified candidates.
- Scheduling: Coordinate interview schedules between hiring managers and candidates via phone and email.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates on candidate status and staffing needs.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new temporary staff to ensure a smooth transition.
- Market Research: Identify and engage with passive candidates through various sourcing channels.
- Compliance: Ensure all hiring activities adhere to local labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or administrative support.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) is a plus.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
- Organization: Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and resolve issues quickly during high-volume periods.
