As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates in temporary and permanent roles across the Central Valley.
Responsibilities
- Screen, interview, and select candidates for temporary and permanent positions in various industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client companies to understand their staffing needs.
- Conduct market research to identify talent pools and salary benchmarks.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Coordinate with HR and Operations teams to ensure seamless placement.
- Administer pre-employment screenings and background checks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or administrative support.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
