Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, IT, and manufacturing
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines using our proprietary ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from interview scheduling to offer negotiations
- Develop strategic partnerships with 15+ weekly pay client companies in Fort Worth metro
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging talent trends and salary benchmarks
- Maintain 95% candidate satisfaction through personalized onboarding support
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume recruitment or agency staffing experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs in fast-paced environments
- Expert knowledge of Fort Worth's job market and local talent pool
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Bullhorn, or similar) with data-driven approach
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport remotely
- SHRM-CP or CER certification preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional client site visits
