Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments across 15+ client locations in Milwaukee metropolitan area
- Onboard and orient weekend staff using our proprietary digital onboarding system
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and reallocate resources within 2-hour response window
- Maintain compliance with state labor regulations for weekend shifts
- Generate weekly performance reports for key account clients
- Leverage our ATS to match candidates with specialized weekend roles
- Conduct quality assurance checks at client sites during peak weekend hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing/recruitment experience with weekend shift exposure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems
- Strong conflict resolution skills with ability to de-escalate situations
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license with clean driving record
- Availability to work Saturdays 8 AM - 4 PM and Sundays 10 AM - 6 PM
- OSHA certification preferred for healthcare assignments
- Experience with multi-location workforce management
