Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments for healthcare, logistics, and event clients
- Screen and interview candidates for urgent weekend shift openings
- Process payroll and timesheets for weekend temporary staff
- Resolve client and candidate issues with urgency and professionalism
- Update staffing databases and maintain accurate records
- Conduct quality assurance checks at client sites
- Collaborate with weekday teams for smooth handovers
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing or HR coordination experience
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Nebraska driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced weekend environments
- Knowledge of local Omaha labor regulations
