Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments across multiple client sites in Long Beach
- Manage candidate onboarding, scheduling, and payroll documentation
- Respond to urgent staffing requests via phone/email within 15 minutes
- Conduct in-person candidate assessments at weekend job fairs
- Maintain real-time staffing databases and compliance records
- Collaborate with weekday team to ensure seamless transition
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing/recruitment experience
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in ATS systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Ability to work Saturdays/Sundays 8am-5pm with flexible hours
- Strong problem-solving skills during high-pressure situations
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
