Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment processes for various industries and skill levels.
- Sources candidates through networking, social media, and job boards.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and company culture.
- Close placements and manage ongoing relationships with clients and candidates.
- Utilize ATS software to track candidate progress and pipeline health.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse).
- Self-motivated with a drive to exceed sales targets.
