Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct thorough candidate screening interviews and skills assessments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client companies to understand hiring needs
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from job requisition to placement
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidate pipeline and metrics
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to address hard-to-fill positions
- Collaborate with team to optimize recruitment workflows and candidate experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of staffing or agency recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting placement KPIs and revenue targets
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates and using Boolean search techniques
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Fresno's local job market and key industries
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
