Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for immediate staffing needs in Long Beach
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match talent with client requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to placement
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidates and ensure data accuracy
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted recruitment strategies
- Meet and exceed monthly placement and revenue targets
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting/staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement goals
- Strong knowledge of Long Beach job market and local industries
- Expertise in candidate sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, networking)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
