- Act as primary point of contact for weekend staff and client partners
- Resolve staffing issues proactively with real-time problem-solving
- Conduct quality assurance checks at client sites to ensure service excellence
- Maintain accurate workforce documentation and compliance records
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless operational continuity
Qualifications
- 2+ years staffing or workforce coordination experience
- Strong knowledge of Virginia Beach's weekend employment landscape
- Proficiency in staffing software and scheduling tools (e.g., Bullhorn, Workforce Ready)
