Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate weekend staffing schedules for multiple client accounts in the San Diego area.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to identify qualified candidates for weekend roles.
- Onboard temporary staff, ensuring all compliance and paperwork is completed accurately.
- Communicate effectively with both clients and temporary workers to ensure satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Track time and attendance data for all weekend shifts.
- Identify staffing gaps and proactively recruit to fill them.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday (or specific weekend blocks).
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or administrative support is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
