Responsibilities
- Screen and interview potential candidates for various positions within our client base.
- Post job advertisements on multiple platforms to attract qualified applicants.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate effectively between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Assist in the onboarding process for newly placed staff members to ensure smooth transitions.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their staffing needs and company culture.
- Perform market research to identify trends in the local San Antonio job market.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business is a plus.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
